Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also view your order status anytime from your account dashboard under My Orders.

All our fragrance oils are IFRA-compliant. Each product page includes the IFRA usage guidelines and a downloadable Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). Always check the recommended usage rates for your specific application (candles, soap, cosmetics, etc.).

Yes. Certificates of Analysis (CoA), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and Technical Data Sheets (TDS) are available for all products. You can download them from your account's Downloads page after placing an order, or contact us to request them before purchase.

All essential oils listed as "pure" or "100% natural" are exactly that — single-ingredient, undiluted oils. We clearly label any blended or diluted oils on the product page. When in doubt, the CoA will confirm purity.

Yes! Most fragrance oils and essential oils are available in 5ml and 10ml sample sizes so you can test before committing to a larger quantity. Sample options are listed on each product page.

Store all fragrance oils and essential oils in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep lids tightly closed. Most products have a shelf life of 12–36 months when stored correctly. Specific storage instructions are on each product page.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, and online payments via Razorpay (credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets). All online payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Wholesale pricing is automatically applied to your cart once your account is verified and upgraded to wholesale tier by our team. Prices shown to retail customers are MRP. Visit our Wholesale page to apply or contact us directly.

All displayed prices are inclusive of GST. Your invoice will show the GST breakdown with the applicable HSN code for each product. GST invoices are available for download from your order detail page.

Yes. We run seasonal promotions and send exclusive coupon codes to our newsletter subscribers. You can also follow us on social media for flash sale announcements. Coupon codes are entered at checkout.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Due to the nature of fragrance materials, we cannot accept returns for opened products unless they are faulty. Please see our Returns Policy page for full details.

We are sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged or incorrect product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Bank transfers may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect.
