We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for extended periods.

Customer tiers (retail, wholesale, dealer) are assigned by our team based on verification of your business details. Tier-based pricing is applied automatically. Misrepresentation of business information to obtain a lower price tier may result in account suspension and recovery of the price difference.

Product descriptions: We make every effort to display products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen accurately reflects the true colour or appearance of products. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are for informational purposes.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price at the time of order placement.

Tier pricing: Wholesale and dealer prices are only visible and applicable to verified accounts. Retail prices (MRP) apply to all other customers and guests.

Stock availability: Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

Errors: In the event of a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected orders and notify you accordingly.

Order placement: An order placed on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

Payment methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, and online payments via Razorpay. All online payments are processed securely.

COD orders: Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹10,000. COD charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

Bank transfer: Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed after payment confirmation, which may take 1–2 business days.

GST invoices: A valid GST invoice with HSN codes will be generated for every order. It is available for download from your account.

Fraud prevention: We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud and to report such activity to relevant authorities.

• Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours of confirmation
• Delivery across India typically takes 2–5 business days
• Free shipping on orders above ₹999
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items
• Opened products cannot be returned unless faulty
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of return approval
• Custom or bulk orders are non-refundable unless defective

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of ScentCraft or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from this Site without our prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Post offensive, defamatory, or harmful content in reviews or communications
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without written permission

We do not warrant that:

• Products will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Any errors in the Site will be corrected

Fragrance materials disclaimer: All fragrance oils and raw materials are sold for professional use. Always follow IFRA guidelines, conduct patch tests, and comply with all applicable safety regulations. We are not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from improper use of our products.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SCENTCRAFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting us at hello@scentcraft.in. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify registered customers via email. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
